Gaspatchmodels.com (hereinafter “Site”, “Eshop”) is owned and operated by Gaspatch Models Ltd (hereinafter “Company”, “Seller”), whose registered office is at El. Venizelou 74, GR-17676 Kallithea, Greece, whose company number in the register maintained by the General Commercial Registry is 117230801000 and registered VAT number is 800341890. This notice contains general terms and conditions regarding use of this Site, services, and the sale and purchase of Products on the Site. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Any person who uses the Site and Services and the purchase of any Products on this Site (hereinafter “User”, “Client”) will be subject to these terms and conditions. Users who do not agree with these Terms and Conditions must refrain from visiting and using the Site.

The Company reserves the right to change and update these Terms and Conditions.

1. Information and products

The Company commits to the truth, accuracy and completeness of the information listed on this Site, regarding the identity and the details of the Company and its suppliers, as well as the features of the products and services provided through the Eshop. The Company is not responsible for any inaccuracies, technical or typographical errors that were made by accident or by other acts of force majeure, and reserves the right to correct them if they should come to its attention.

2. Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for idemnity for any damages caused by order cancellations, failure of order executions and delays for any reason. The Company does not guarantee the availability of the products displayed in the Eshop, however, based on the records of product availability kept by the Company, can inform the Client on product availability or lack thereof, and holds no further responsibility. The Eshop provides the content, the products and services available through the Site as is. Under no circumstances is the Company liable for financial or moral damages, caused by the operation and/or use of the Site, and/or inability to provide services, and/or goods, and/or information, usually provided by the Site, and/or unauthorised intervention by third parties.

3. Users’ liability

Every User agrees to use this Site in good faith and in compliance with the law. Responsibility for contents of transactions fall exclusively on the User.

Send, publish, E-mail, or in any other way communicate material that contains software viruses, codes, documents, or software programs that have been designed to interrupt, cause damages, destruction, or the operation equipment of any computer software.

4. Pricing

Prices listed on the Eshop are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content of this Eshop, including trade names, trademarks, logos, graphic, photographic designs, texts etc. are intellectual property of the Company and fall under the protection of national, Community and international law, or intellectual property of third parties for which the Company has received license, for its exclusive needs and the operation of its Site. Any copy, transfer or creation of derivative work based on this content, or misleading of the public regarding the true owner of this Eshop is prohibited. Any reproduction, dissemination, transmission, retransmission of material, or any other use of this content in any way or by any means for commercial or other purposes is allowed only with prior written consent of the Company.

Links may appear in the Eshop which lead to other websites of other suppliers or enterprises, whose availability, content and data protection policies are not controlled by the Company. The appearance of links on this Site is for the purpose of facilitating use of the Eshop. Under no circumstances does the Company approve of, accept, and is responsible for the content of other Sites that are linked on the Eshop.

8. Shipping methods and charges

You can order through the website by clicking on the ‘Add to Basket’ button. The prices include VAT. When you are done, click on the ‘My cart’ button and proceed to ‘Checkout’ following the specified steps/actions. When you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

We use Hellenic Post to ship. Priority A is the normal mail, which normally takes a few days. Registered mail also has a tracking number and many mail services will only deliver it personally to you.

Shipping charges depend on the weight and the destination country. If you go to your shopping cart you can ask for a shipping estimate. Note that a Salmson kit plus several pieces of accessories has the same shipping charges as the Salmson kit alone (at the moment of this writing it's €9.20 for EU, Switzerland, Iceland and Norway and €13.00 for the rest of the world for Priority A mail; registered mail is €2.50 more expensive; but please go to your shopping cart for updated estimates).

9. Payment

Currently we only accept PayPal.

10. Product Returns

The buyer has the right, within 14 calender days from the day he received the product, to cancel his purchase. This can be arranged by sending his cancelling statement to the company through email info@gaspatchmodels.com. The buyer is however obliged to cover the return cost of the product to the company at El. Venizelou 74, GR-17676 Kallithea, Greece. In this case, the company will debit the money to the bank or PayPal account indicated by the buyer on the cancelling statement within 14 calendar days. For the valid cancellation of the purchase, the buyer is obliged to return the product to the company at its initial packaging and condition with all the documents accompanying the product.

The Company always ensures that all products are delivered in perfect condition, however in case of faulty products due to the proven Company’s fault, the Company will bear the return expenses. In case the product arrives defective, we ask you to inform the Company within the next working day, so that our Company assumes responsibility. Otherwise, a return cannot take place. For the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Returns will be accepted only after the Company accepts it and after inspecting the product to be returned. During the return process we can either credit your account towards a future purchase, or return the money to you.
